Overview

Create Allied Health is an NDIS-registered therapeutic supports provider delivering comprehensive disability support across Sydney and nationally via telehealth. Our qualified clinical social workers work alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and speech pathologists to deliver coordinated, person-centred care that empowers participants to achieve their goals.

NDIS Access Requests

Navigating the NDIS application process can be overwhelming. We provide expert support to help you access the scheme, including assistance for people who may not realise they are eligible.

Our Process

  • Comprehensive functional impact reports documenting how your disability affects daily life
  • Collaboration with your GPs, specialists, and treating teams to gather clinical evidence
  • Expert completion of all required NDIS access request forms
  • Advocacy and follow-up with the NDIA throughout the application process
  • Appeal support if your initial application is declined

Who Is Eligible?

We assist a wide range of clients with NDIS access, including:

  • iCare clients transitioning to the NDIS
  • WorkCover clients seeking additional supports
  • Accident and injury insurance recipients
  • Private hospital patients with acquired disability
  • People living with psychosocial disability
  • People with traumatic brain injury (TBI)
  • People with spinal cord injury
  • Stroke survivors

We also assist with Taxi Subsidy Scheme and Companion Card applications for eligible clients.
